By accessing or using the services of StrongX Digital Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide digital agency services including web development, graphic design, branding, ecommerce solutions, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback
- Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals
- Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. StrongX retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions & Scope
Revisions are limited to the number specified in your package. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
